Email support

Email support is available on a 48-hour basis, in that we endeavour to respond within 48 hours of an email (and usually will manage the same day). Email support is available on a per-user basis, per year. In addition, we will accept Question Tools files posted to us for the purpose of identifying problems. Discounts are available if a larger number of users need support.

Telephone support

Support limitations* We can only help with issues that are specific to Question Tools. Given that there are so many things that can go wrong with computers we cannot guarantee that we will fix all issues.

Telephone support is available on a 48-hour basis, in that we try to return with a solution* within 48 hours of a call (and usually will manage the same day or during the first phone call). Telephone support is available on a per-user basis, per year. Discounts are available if a larger number of users need support.
