Export to PDF for Exam

Question Tools Exam can now export results as PDF files. This can include the overall score and percentage, as well as performance in any categories that have been set. Detailed results are included on a per-screen basis, divided between those screens where all questions were answered correctly and thos screens where the marks are less than the maximum.

All that is needed is Question Tools Exam version 3.0.9 or later. There are no other components to install. Question Banks produced using Editor Professional or Developer editions can enable to PDF feature.

The value of getting students to export their results in a PDF format is that it makes it difficult for students to amend them. The inclusion of detailed results in the PDF means that amending the PDF to show a different score would not only be technically difficult, but would also entail adjusting all of the detailed results, which could only be undertaken by someone who knew the correct answers. In other words, the easiest approach is to know the subject being examined.
