Animation added to Editor Professional

Animation was previously a feature only available in Question Tools Editor Developer Edition. Now it has been added to Question Tools Professional Edition as well.

Animations in Editor are relatively simple to create and edit, although their real advantage is that they will work in any modern web browser without the need for a plug-in, the problems of which are explained here.
