New User Guide

The old user guide was invaluable, but still not good enough according to some of the feedback. As a result it has been changed.

There's now an introduction, explaining just what you can achieve using Question Tools. There's also a Starting section, aimed at giving quick visual advice to those who do not have the time (or inclination) to read a lot of user guide pages.

In addition, the How-to guides have been included, to provide a comprehensive introduction and reference to the Question Tools suite of products.

Of course, it still includes a comprehensive reference section, detailed content and a carefully thought-through index.
