NetSeries Invalid Session

Problem

After logging on you click to view a page and you get an invalid session warning.

Cause

NetSeries only allows a user to log on from one terminal at once. If someone else is sharing your username and password, and logs on after you have logged on, NetSeries assumes it is the same person and they have moved computer, and cancels your log on. This most often happens when people are experimenting with NetSeries and everyone is using the default admin username and password.

Solution

Create separate user accounts for different users, and either get rid of or rename the admin account, as it is a security risk if the password is not changed.
