Special Characters

The Characters window allows you to easily select less common and difficult to type characters. If you are editing a text area simple open the Characters window and press the character you wish to insert.

The characters and their descriptions are drawn from a simple text file called Characters.txt, and so you can add characters yourself if you wish.

Please note that a lot of these characters depend upon the font being used. If you change the display font (often by changing the Master Style) then your special characters can also sometimes change.
